So what happens when we inadvertently do things that start a chain reaction and the results are devastating. Lets say I pick up an old friend and that friend asks me to stop at a bank. That friend then goes in and robs the bank, and jumps back into my car. I drive away wondering what just happened. An hour later, I am in jail because I was the get a way driver, right?
Okay, now lets say I vote for a person that I know will support every bill and law that promotes abortion. The politician then goes on to pass bills and laws to allows for every type of abortion imaginable to man. Early, next day pill, everything up to the birth date. The question is, will I be held accountable for that politicians actions while making decisions on matters of the land that he governs? I voted him in knowing what he will do and what he supports. My answer to that is a resounding yes! I am the get away driver.
When I pass on, I will be in front of God trying to explain separation of Church and State. Do you really think that God separates Church and State? He placed me in a rich, abundant country, full of freedoms and liberty. I am in a place where my voice can be heard without being executed, and instead of standing up for God's laws, I claimed separation of Church and State and voted in the abortionist. I am sharing that blame for all of the deaths of those babies with every other person who voted that politician in office. I will pay that price for that decision. God does not separate Church and State, there is man's laws and there is God's laws. Always, Always go with God's laws over man's.
Next question; Would I be a hippo-crate for claiming to love God and follow God's laws, and then claim separation of Church and State? Yes...I can not have it both ways.
I am not perfect, and I know that I am a sinner. We are all this. With that being said, this does not give me the out needed to escape God's justice.
I must remind you, this is what I believe to be. It isn't in the Good Books (Holy Bible), that I could find. This is just the conclusion of my long search for the answer.
Blessings,
Matthew McKeon
